If you are using ServiceCipher to process medical invoices, superbills, or records, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The summaries generated by the Service are not medical advice.
  • No diagnosis, treatment, or clinical interpretation is provided.

Never rely on ServiceCipher for decisions about medical care.

4. User Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Only upload documents you are legally permitted to use.
  • Not use ServiceCipher as a substitute for professional advice or expertise.
  • Review and validate all summaries before presenting them to customers, patients, or clients.
  • Inform your own clients that any summaries are AI-generated and may not reflect the full or accurate scope of services rendered.

5. No Liability

Under no circumstances shall ServiceCipher, its owners, developers, or affiliates be liable for any damages, losses, or legal claims resulting from:

  • Errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in generated summaries
  • Misuse or misinterpretation of ServiceCipher content
  • Medical, legal, financial, or operational outcomes based on summaries

You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

6. Data and Privacy

We do not sell your uploaded documents or data. Uploaded files are processed temporarily to generate summaries and may be stored securely to support your user experience (e.g., downloading or logging previous reports). We take commercially reasonable steps to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Modifications
